Bursting and overflowing of water equipment, Deterioration of stocks, Leakage and Contamination cover, Spoilage Material Damage cover, Landslide cover, Burglary (other than Larceny), Machinery Breakdown, Electronic Equipment, Business Interruption following fire, Business Interruption following Machinery Breakdown.

Exclusions:

• Damage by faulty or defective design materials or workmanship
• Wear and Tear, General deterioration
• Collapse or cracking of the building
• Willful negligence
• Political risk and natural disaster
